Printed booklet. Client returned to the wood flooring business within 2 years of selling his $200k company simply because he missed the wood. To convey his love for both his product and the one on one interaction and care he promised, we chose to highlight. Homeowners who care enough to select these special woods are not merely interested in . I pictured a customer welcoming friends into a warmly lit home with gleaming floors of obvious quality and sdistinction. That person would enjoy talking about what makes his or her home special. Is the floor made from hickory--the same wood used in Gold Rush era pickaxe handles?  Cherry--like the tall case clocks for which the Connecticut valley was famed for in the 1700s? Birch? WHAT? Spruce Goose.
